Portable Butane gas cylinders are widely used in outdoor camping, home cooking and other scenarios due to their light weight and high efficiency. However, their flammable and explosive properties also pose potential safety hazards. Based on multiple accident cases and safety regulations, the following usage precautions must be strictly followed:

I. Before Use: Double check to prevent potential hazards

Visual inspection: Confirm that the bottle body has no dents, rust or cracks, and that the joints are not loose or damaged. Regular products should be marked with the production date. Gas cylinders that have exceeded their expiration date (usually three years) should be scrapped directly.

Environmental assessment: The storage temperature should be ≤40℃, and it should be kept away from induction cookers, heat sources and direct sunlight. For instance, when camping, avoid placing gas cylinders inside the tent or near the campfire.

When the fire is large, evacuate immediately and call the police. Do not attempt to move the gas cylinders that have fallen horizontally and are burning.

Storage specifications: Gas cylinders should be placed upright in a cool and dry place, away from children and fire sources. After camping, gas cylinders should be taken out and stored separately to avoid being mixed with stoves.

Disposal: Unused gas cylinders must not be discarded at will. They should be completely burned out and then handed over to a professional institution for recycling. Empty cans must not be refilled; otherwise, an explosion may occur due to seal failure.
